What woman should not do when comes menstrual period
Some women are blessed with an easy period; still some go through hell, pain, and a lot of discomfort in the body.
In order to avoid infections- it is best to avoid intercourse during a period.
Never Skip Meals
Do not skip meals when on a period, cause you are losing a lot of blood during this time. Food will make you feel energetic.
Stay Away From Physical Work
If you have back or stomach pain during periods, avoid doing any physical work because it will worsen your pain.
Eat Fast Food
Don’t consume unhealthy food, fast food or so.
This is impossible for the majority but women must find some way for time off during their time of the month. Unfortunately, this is not a perfect world.
Stay Up All Night
To feel better go to bed early, regardless of possibility that it takes while to fall asleep. Put on some sleeping sounds on YouTube , shut eye.
- Avoid drink ice water –possibility to lead to menstrual blood remaining in the uterine wall and that may lead after 5-10 years to “Cyst & Cancer RAHIM”).
- Surely avoid drinking soda water
- Do not eat cucumbers – liquid stay in the uterus walls).
