To prepare this drink you will need
- Anise seeds
Take 2 spoon anise seeds in 1 liter of water and leave it overnight
Drink 1 glass of this early morning empty stomach. Also drink 1 glass of this 30 minutes before every meal
If you are in hurry, just boil 2 spoon of anise seeds in 1 liter of water for 5 minutes and let it cool. Your drink is ready. Finish this water during the day
